Praying for Graceville

“To be a Christian without prayer is no more possible than to be alive without breathing,” said Martin Luther. James Montgomery reflected a similar sentiment in his famous hymn: “Prayer is the Christian’s vital breath, the Christian’s native air.” SD Gordon once quipped, “Prayer is striking the winning blow, service is gathering the results.” Mother Theresa thoughtfully remarked, “Prayer is putting oneself in the hands of God, at His disposition, and listening to His voice in the depth of our hearts.”

There is no church anywhere that has ever experienced spiritual life and vitality apart from the life-giving, direction-setting, heart-transforming activity of prayer.

Join us taking a small step in that direction through a Zoom Prayer Meeting on Wednesday mornings from 7.00-7.30am. You can log into the meeting here. Passcode is in the image below.
